Absolutely. The Accelerator is for women at every career stage, whether you're looking to break into tech, change careers, return after a break, land your next role or progress into leadership. You'll be learning alongside women at different stages, supporting each other as you grow and move forward.

You don't need to have it all figured out, that's why we're here. We'll help you map where you want to go, identify the skills gaps and opportunities along the way, and guide you in the right direction. You'll leave with a clear career strategy for what comes next.

Yes, this is for you too. The Accelerator is designed to support women at different career stages, including those looking to increase their visibility, build influential networks, access sponsors, strengthen their leadership style and progress to the highest levels.

The Accelerator is designed to fit around your work and life. Your weekly live session is 1 hour, plus we recommend setting aside around 1 hour each week to put what you're learning into action. You'll also have a minimum of 4 hours of 1:1 mentoring, spread over 12 weeks, giving you time between sessions to reflect, take action and make the most of your mentor's guidance. The more you put into the experience, the more you'll get from it — but we've designed it to be manageable alongside a busy life.

The live sessions are your opportunity to learn alongside the cohort, join the conversation and ask questions directly to guest speakers, employers, mentors and industry leaders. We'd encourage you to join live whenever you can. But we know life happens — if you can't make a session, every session will be recorded and available for you to watch back in your own time.

A great mentor match starts with really understanding you. That's why we ask you to share as much as possible about your experience, career goals and where you'd most value support in your application. Every applicant will also have a conversation with Cajigo Founder, Rav Bumbra, so we can get to know you, understand what you want to achieve and make sure we have everything we need to find the right mentor for you. The better we understand where you want to go, the better the match we can make to help you get there.

Yes. Alongside the virtual Accelerator, there will be opportunities to connect with the Cajigo community in person, culminating in your graduation celebration at the end of the eight weeks.

Your Cajigo journey doesn't end at graduation. You'll leave with new skills, relationships and connections, and become part of the wider Cajigo network and community that continues to support you beyond the Accelerator.

The Accelerator has a total value of £3,000 per participant, with every place heavily funded by Cajigo and our partners. If selected, your place includes the full 8-week Career Accelerator plus 12 months' membership of the Cajigo community, giving you continued access to mentors, sponsors, leaders and our wider women-in-tech network. We ask selected participants to make a one-off contribution of £295 towards their place. Rav will talk you through everything during your interview, so you'll know exactly what's included before you make your decision.

Every application is personally reviewed by Cajigo Founder, Rav Bumbra, and every applicant will be invited to a short phone conversation to talk about your career goals and what you're hoping to get from the Accelerator. Make sure you give us the correct mobile number and email address when you apply, we don't want you to miss your call! Selected participants will be notified week commencing 5 October, followed by onboarding ready for the Accelerator to begin on Tuesday 20 October. And then the exciting part begins. 💜
